Anti-Spam Policy

By subscribing to Mandoo and to its email marketing service (hereinafter “Service”), you agree to use this Service in compliance with anti-spam policy Mandoo.

We have a zero-tolerance spam policy. The use of the service is also subject to applicable privacy policy and conditions of service.

What is Spam?

A spam email is also known as trash email. “Spam” means unsolicited bulk message and typically it is sent for a commercial purpose. The act of sending these messages is called spamming.

What should not do with Mandoo?
  • Do not send emails to people who do not want to receive information about you, either directly or through third parties.
  • If you are breaking any of the rules of our policy mandoocms.com, is awarded the right to block your account automatically and without notice.
  • Depending on the degree of rule violation, mandoocms.com can retaliate legal towards you.
What should I do if I think are doing spamming with me?

If you think you are being victimized by spamming please send the mail that you think is a spam to abuse@mandoocms.com together with a description of why you believe it is a spam.

Mandoo will investigate the matter as soon as possible.

How Mandoo prevents the spamming?
  • Contract
    When you register as new customer you agree to its terms and conditions and privacy policy. By accepting this Agreement, you agree not to sell or rent the email addresses that can be collected using the system and you will not use these addresses to send spam.
  • Welcome message or subscription message
    Mandoo sends a notice by e-mail to all subscribers who have been added to the lists. That message also provides an e-mail to which subscribers can report if they were added to the list without their consent.
  • Unsubscribe
    Included an automatic unsubscribe link in the foot of all messages.
  • Actual contact information
    All messages sent through the system contains your email address, for the receiver know who is sending them.
  • Adherence to “Complaint Feedback Loops”
    Mandoo obtains all the messages information marked as junk or spam sent from our system, in the major email services. Thus a control that lists does not exceed the acceptable threshold of 0.3% (zero point three percent) complaints of the total recipients receiving an electronic newsletter.

Mandoo not accepts spamming. We closed immediately an account that indicates the spam sending.

Legal Requirements

Mandoo requires all clients must meet the following legal requirements established for commercial providers of email services: CAN SPAM Act of 2003, Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2000, on the legal aspects of the services of the information society, including electronic commerce in the internal Market (Directive on electronic commerce), together with Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 2002 concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the telecommunications sector (Directive on privacy and electronic communications “) and the laws of the country of residence of the customer.

Verification

Subscribers can be added to the account Mandoo in multiple ways. Or you can send a blank email to the address on your account in mandoocms.com or fill out a form to capture your data from the website. Email addresses can also be imported, adding them via API calls, iPhone or added to the mailing list manually. In such cases, you must have permission to process your subscriber data. You should not send messages to any person who has not given their consent to receive information from you.

Mandoo sent to a new subscriber a message confirming their interest in receiving information from you. Users can request account disable confirmation email and Web subscriptions.

We recommend “confirmed opt-in” for all users. This prevents spam complaints efficiently and that the list makes it much more responsive, as subscribers are receiving information they expect. The confirmation email can be customized, so that recipients can easily recognize the list to which they subscribe.

Mandoo strictly prohibits users from renting and / or purchasing email addresses from a third party and the collection through surreptitious methods, such as scraping or harvesting. The use of any automated solutions, software or scripts is strictly prohibited. You can store, manage data and send electronic information only to those beneficiaries who have expressly agreed to receive such information from you.

Content of your messages

You must provide truthful and accurate information to use in their email headers, ie “From” and “To”. The data must clearly identify the sender. The subject line must not be misleading, and thus mislead the subscriber about the purpose and content of the message.

Postal Address

The customer must provide their true and accurate postal address, to be included in each message footer. The customer is required to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it is current, complete and accurate. Mandoo actively monitors all outgoing messages to verify that sender information is included in the message content.

Removals

Each message sent from an account Mandoo contains an unsubscribe link that can not be removed. The link automatically updates the mailing list to ensure that a subscriber who has opted not to send any more mail.

The customer is not authorized to send messages to anyone that had been added to the mailing list, but later unsubscribed from it. Mandoo automatically handles all unsubscribe requests on Customer’s behalf. The list of people who have opted out will be provided in the client’s account.

Agreement violations

The client should not use the Service to send unsolicited spam mail. Neither mandoocms.com email address, or the address may include Mandoo in a bulk message or in a bulk website announced.

We reserve the right to issue a warning if the customer use of the service for the type of abusive or illegal practices. Appropriate actions, such as completing a customer’s account without notice or refund, charge a cleaning fee of 824 € and / or inform the customer and the incident to your Internet provider and the appropriate authorities will be taken if the client appear to perform or carry out are these practices, despite the explicit warning. Without limiting the foregoing, Customer shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered by a third party, such loss should result in the failure of politics. In that case, Mandoo seek compensation from the customer.
